Right. At some point before 1.8.1 was released, Neil started integrating Guile-Debugging [0] into 1.8 and HEAD. Then it was suggested that putting it into the 1.8 branch may not be appropriate, so he removed it. He must have left the doc bits you're referring to at that moment. We'll fix it in 1.8.3.
