Hi, after
apt-get install grub-pc-bin i can reproduce the problem on Debian 12. The resulting ISO now has boot equipment for X86_64_EFI and I386_PC. Therefore grub_install_copy_files() ran twice and backup files .mo~ emerged which ended up in the ISO. 4.3 MB from ast.mo~ to zh_TW.mo~. Have a nice day :) Thomas
