Same output with _groff_ 1.24.0, 1.22.4, and 1.22.3.

_groff_ 1.23.0 didn't hyphenate **either** word sequence.

This is likely a deeper problem with _mdoc_'s bespoke internal macro
processing system, because there _is_ no `No` macro per se.
