We see here that while the `Xr` macro suppressed automatic hyphenation of its
"administrator" argument, `Fn` did not do the same for "zotzotzotzotzot".
I'm having trouble thinking of a circumstance where anyone would want a
function name literal hyphenated.

See how hard this is to fix; if easy, maybe we can get it into _groff_ 1.25.0.
