    [man,mdoc]: Break line before any table region.
    
    * tmac/an.tmac (TS): Unconditionally break the line.
    
    * tmac/doc.tmac (TS): New macro unconditionally breaks the line.
    
    Handle erroneous input better: even if a tbl(1) table region is
    malformed and renders nothing, the user (likely) still expects a line
    break where the table _would_ have been.
