[tbl]: Cancel temp indent before table region.
* src/preproc/tbl/table.cpp (table::init_output): Emit argumentless `ti`
request to cancel any temporary indentation, just as we do with
right-alignment and centering. Placing an `ti` request with no
argument (a syntax newly meaningful in groff 1.25) was causing a
spurious warning in category "style".)
