[groff]: Fix Savannah #68676.
* src/roff/groff/tests/pdf-device-smoke-test.sh: Rewrite test script to
check only GNU troff's "grout" output; stop attempting to validate
contents of PDF generated by gropdf(1). That task is best left to
scripts in src/devices/gropdf/tests.
