Let's let Deri have this one for a possible `EF` string. He's already fought
his way through the attachment UI.
I appreciate you recollecting that email of mine, as I'd forgotten about it,
and it captures most of the finger-wagging points I wanted to make in bug
#68261, so I've quoted comment #0 there and have added its objectives to those
for that ticket's resolution.
