Subject: EX/EE: save and restore the fill mode
In the EX macro, the fill mode should be saved in a local variable
before it is switched off (.nf) and restored in the EE macro, something like
this:
In EX:
before the ".nf" line:
.nr an-ext*fill-mode \\n[.u]
-.-
In EE:
.if \\n[an-ext*fill-mode] .fi
instead of ".fi".
