Follow-up Comment #1, bug #67303 (group groff): Problem appears to go back as far as _groff_'s German localization does. (Back then, the string was named `td`.)

Add support for German. For activation, simply use -mde or -mden
(for traditional and new orthgraphy, respectively) as the last
macro package.

tmac/hyphenex.det: New files, partly taken from CTAN.
* LICENSES: Updated list of hyphenation patterns.
* man/groff_tmac.man: Mention de.tmac and den.tmac.
