The behavior of tab stops in filled multi-line segments does not
match the one exhibited in unfilled (single) lines.
See the attached demo and its PDF rendering. I have set the tab stop
to align left to make the error obvious; in real world examples,
it would be aligned left instead, which exhibits the same error, but
less obviously.
Command line:
groff -b -ww -P-pa5 -Tpdf tabtest.tr > tabtest.pdf
Applies to groff version 1.23.0.
