When running Bob Diertens gpresent-2.5 demo.rof, the troff output fails after
the first page with:-
troff: error: cannot continue page ejection while vertical position traps
disabled
troff: error: cannot continue page ejection while vertical position traps
disabled
Before this commit all is fine.
I have attached a minimal reproducer and version 2.5 of present.tmac. I can't
trigger the error without including present.tmac so it may be something
naughty in it, but it is fairly widely known and used resource, and works fine
before this commit.
