Follow-up Comment #1, bug #66133 (group groff): Hi Bjarni,
I assume you are using the latest git which includes Peter's changes, with them I can't duplicate the issue. Of course, feeding a UTF-8 encoded document to groff without using preconv is likely to cause issues, because groff reads everything as 8 bit characters. Using -Kutf8 I can't see any missing characters in the document. If you add -T ps to the pdfmom command (so that it calls pdfroff) you should still see a valid result, but there will be errors reported because Branden has turned an error back on which was suppressed for 1.23.0. Error is a bit of a misnomer since the thing it says it cannot do - it does! Before 1.23.0 users were advised to ignore them. More info can be found here:- https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2024-08/msg00046.html Where Branden says "(Or maybe it _is_ happening, and the diagnostic is wholly spurious and needs killin'. I'll check.)" so it looks like it will disappear again, since it is spurious. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?66133> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
