Subject: tmac/mdoc.tmac: fix minor differences from the "mandoc"
software
Fix minor differences in the output between 'nroff' and
'mandoc' using 'tmac/groff_mdoc.7' as an example.
Reduce the number of these differences.
They are best displayed with 'less -R'.
The output of 'mandoc' should have priority and thus the
tmac/mdoc.tmac should be adjusted for the simplest differences.
This is to facilitate the comparison of the output of files with
the 'mandoc' requests.
