I am using groff 1.23.0 installed via homebrew on MacOS Ventura 13.5 on a M1
machine.
Given the following minimal example:
.PRINTSTYLE TYPESET
.START
.QUOTE
.BOX
Some boxed code
.BOX OFF
.QUOTE OFF
.PP
A \*[CODE]code\*[CODE OFF] item
When I render this into a PDF with
pdfmom -mden -k utf-8 box-in-quote.mom > out.pdf
something weird seems to be happening with the positioning of the word
immediately following the \*[CODE OFF] macro (see the attached screenshot):
What is rendered resembles more "itemA code".
Please note, that this only happens, when I use a BOX inside the QUOTE.
Please let me know, if I can provide any additional information. I am happy to
do so.
