Follow-up Comment #14, bug #63332 (project groff):
I'm not sure there's a list to be made: the "bug in the formatter" cited in
comment #1 seems to be at the root of all the troubles. Or at least, once
that's fixed, if there are remaining troubles I'd consider them separate
bugs.
There's more about this formatter bug in comment #3. Later comments all seem
to be about mitigating the problems until the root bug can be fixed, to get
1.23 out without regressions. So those comments can be ignored now.
