Is that not too late at that point? Don’t we need to set the
indent before the .Nm gets rendered?

I guess we could maybe put this as hack into the definition of Nm,
to work differently if it’s run in the SYNOPSIS.

But, honestly, a consistent four-space continuation indent to me sounds good
enough.
