Yes, I have it tucked away, initial view is "its a lot of work". I was hoping
to discover type 1 files embedded, but I think it only contains sufficient
data to generate type 1c files, which is what gs uses when it subsets the type
1 fonts. So not worth pursueing, but see my thoughts in email to be written
next.
