tmac/pdf.tmac: Identify self in diagnostics.
* tmac/pdf.tmac: Add string containing the name of the macro package for
use in diagnostic messages.
(pdf:warn, pdf:error): Use it.
Continues the long process of fixing Savannah #52463.
