Details:
man/groff.man reports that the .tm and .tm1 requests send output to stdout.
In fact, they both send to stderr. The attached patch corrects the man page.
This patch also restores a word inadvertently removed in commit
bc256347015f3793f929fdb218ecc07f1052bedd.
