We released 3.5.6 with a lot of related patches last Sunday, and I'm just
creating a 3.5.7 release with two folloup patches in terms of message
queues.

Would you mind to try running your Cygwin CI again using either 3.5.6,
or 3.5.7, which should be ready for download in an hour or so?
