c32isprint tests: Avoid test failure on mingw/ucrt

On mingw-w64 with UCRT option, I see this test failure:

FAIL: test-c32isprint.sh

../../gltests/test-c32isprint.c:178: assertion 'is != 0' failed
FAIL test-c32isprint.sh (exit status: 1)

This patch fixes it.
