Building a testdir for module 'pthread-rwlock' on mingw, I see a
compilation error:

or directory

compilation terminated.
make[4]: *** [Makefile:2144: pthread-cond.o] Error 1
This patch fixes it.

pthread-cond: Fix compilation error on native Windows.
* lib/pthread-cond.c: Include windows-cond.h, not windows-thread.h.
