Karl Berry and I get those files by logging into fencepost.gnu.org, and
looking at the directory /gd/gnuorg/Copyright (e.g., the file
/gd/gnuorg/Copyright/request-assign.future). These files haven't changed
since January 2012. If the primary copies of these files have been moved
please let us know.
