Oh, so the similarity between the names is not completely fortuitous.
But meanwhile the name has spread; it is now even used in the Linux
kernel [2]. I guess it's too late to turn back the clock. "This train
has departed", we say in German.
It's left the station in English, too. I'm just thinking we don't need
an extra rail car running around the tracks. :)
