Nope, that's not how it is. When you look at https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gnulib, there is no "Bugs" link, no "Support" link, no "Tasks" link, no "Patches" link. We (= the gnulib administrators) have chosen to not enable these links and instead entirely work through the mailing list. Bruno
