The initial Travis testing results look great. The .travis.yml file needs some tuning, so ignore the UBsan and Asan failures at the moment.
OS X 10.10 is reporting a failure in the argp test (https://travis-ci.org/github/noloader/gnulib/jobs/668196414). It is not present in OS X 10.14 testing. Search for 'error:' in the wall of text: PASS: test-accept PASS: test-alloca-opt PASS: test-argp FAIL: test-argp-2.sh ... I've got an OS X 10.9 machine I may be able to duplicate it on. Jeff
