The directory was fresh and clean. Just Makefile.am, configure.ac and
zero-byte files for NEWS, AUTHORS, ...

After gnulib-tool / autoreconf -fi:
$ ls -la `find . -name wint_t.m4`

So these should be the same, I guess:
