OK, I now found this by searching for "v0.1". I had previously tried "tag
0.1". I can see that since the tag is really "v0.1" this was an error on my
part, but is there a more forgiving search system one can use on the
mailing list archives? For example, Google Groups has pretty good search,
but I can't find a mirror of bug-gnulib there.
