I do hope we do define stability points. Otherwise, the libposix version number is just some random commit count, rendering it pretty difficult to track. That version number should reference some stable or quasi-stable point, or else a date version, a la 2011.01.09. A monotonically increasing commit count with no easy way to correlate with anything does not seem like a very good choice...... Cheers - Bruce
