On a Solaris 8 system I get: Skipping test: no transitional chinese locale is installed SKIP: test-mbrtowc4.sh Therefore can you please investigate? Or at least say, what was the value of LOCALE_ZH_CN, and at which line did test-mbrtowc fail? Bruno
