I've made a new pretest for hello, http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hello/hello-2.3.91.tar.gz.
The Hello code is unchanged; this is just to get the new version of the FDL, and updated gnulib and other infrastructure. Please test if you have the inclination. Thanks, Karl
