Just for completeness' sake:

I am perfectly happy with that position.  The -w2 treatment is my
personal entertainment.  I'd only report those caught warnings which
really indicate erroneous source.  Both the CVS and gnulib sources
compile usually very cleanly (i.e., without any warnings) anyway.
