You ask about a ghostscript version from Artifex Software downloaded at ghostscript.com, why ask to the GNU project mailing-list ? The GNU project have a stable release at version 9.06.0 and does'nt support the Microsoft Windows plateform, so can you ask your question at ghostscript.com please ?
