Ghostscript pdfwrite option

Hi!
I am a new user for Ghostscript and I'd like to know if GS can create 
bookmarks in Cyrillic, East European, Baltic languages. I'd like to know 
if there is script already created for this matter or, if not, I'd like 
to know if it is possible to create one.
