I have an issue that files created by a2ps 4.13 on AIX or Linux or Windows via cygwinhave their headers truncated (cut in half) when converted to pdf by ps2pdf (ghostscript version 5.5).
Is this the correct group to post something like this in, and if so, should I post the ps file here? Thanks, Charles
