Since the manual page https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/Plural-forms.html suggests that is one of the two places where bug reports should be sent (footnote at the bottom of the page — the other place is thebug-gnu-gett...@gnu.org list, of course), please could you update the page with an appropriate alternative email address, or otherwise prevent other innocents from getting the runaround (delete the second email address, or whatever seems best, maybe after consulting with the powers-that-be in the world of glibc maintenance). (This arises from a recent bug report I made about a separate problem on the same manual page. I can provide more context if you need it.)
