You have reached the GNU coreutils mailing list, and 'watch' is not part of the coreutils [1]. [1] https://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/ Instead, 'watch' is part of the 'procps' package (at least least on my system), so you're better off asking on their mailing list, bug tracker, or whatever they are using [2][3].
