bug#34664: Mention wc default action on man page

INFO says
   By default, ‘wc’ prints three counts: the newline, words, and byte
and wc --help even more so.

Alas man wc doesn't say if what we are looking at is bytes or
characters, so kindly mention the default on the man page!
