You have the official upstream site, but NOT the official GnuWin32 site. As I already mentioned, if you want to know how long GnuWin32 is supported, you'll have to ask the GnuWin32 people, since they are a downstream distribution. We do not maintain GnuWin32 here upstream. A quick google search: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=gnuwin32 shows GnuWin32 (used to?) live here: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/ The last update to that page was in 2010.
