Okay with me. It forces "is disabled" to describe a state also for the option. (In some translations this won't work, though. But that is something for the translators to solve.) One other tiny thing about the HTML pages. Subsection 23.6.1 does not have its own subnode (whereas for example 7.6.1 does). Clicking 23.6.1 at http://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/manual/html_node/index.html#toc_Modified-command-invocation shows section 23.6 instead.
