GNU Coding Standards already require --help output to include bug reporting details. Thus, any GNU program should already have this built in (or else it is a bug, and should be reported). And for any non-GNU program, having gnu.org track a bug-reporting address seems pointless, since it is not a GNU program and we don't control the bug-reporting address - we'd rather not advertise stale information. - -- Don't work too hard, make some time for fun as well!
