cp doc bug

"cp --help" says

      --preserve[=ATTR_LIST]   preserve the specified attributes (default:
                                 mode,ownership,timestamps), if possible
                                 additional attributes: context, links, all

but the info formatted documentation does not mention 'context' and does not
explain what 'context' means.
