No, GnuWin32 is notoriously out of date and buggy.  They are not doing
anyone a service by sticking with old buggy software.

Consider using cygwin instead (see cygwin.com for downloads).  I can
personally vouch for the cygwin port of df(1) giving as accurate results
as possible for all types of Windows drives, as I maintain that port.
