I'm not certain if this is a bug, but if I do a ls -ldF <SOME_DIRECTORY> I get back something like this...
drwxr-xr-x 3 <OWNER> <GROUP> 4096 Dec 13 2004 <SOME_DIRECTORY>// I don't think there ought to be two slashes after the directory name. If I am in error I apologize about wasting your time.
