Dear Paidraig,
You're right, it doesn't fit in with coreutils and GNU software.
But I didn't know that. Anyways, thanks to the GNU folks, I fixed two
serious bugs in it. Works perfectly now, tested on a Slackware filesystem.

I'm not sure you're using the optimum algorithm. Have a
look at http://www.pixelbeat.org/fslint. The core duplicate
finder part is written in shell using existing coreutils and
is faster than any standalone program I've seen yet.
Also there are existing utilities to do this:
