Hi, I have been unable to change date on my SuSE 8.2 system. I've tried using the KDE utilities and they did not work so i tried "date --set 081313012003" on the command line and got this error "date: invalid date `081321532003'. I am in the UK using the UK date format. Also note the different quote marks on the error message.
The version of date is : date --version date (coreutils) 4.5.8 Written by David MacKenzie. Copyright (C) 2003 Free Software Foundation, Inc. I hope this is some use, and i'm not going mad. :o) regards Ian _______________________________________________ Bug-coreutils mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-coreutils
