Hmm, there indeed are special cases to consider:
crx and cr16 force explicitly empty *.xr scripts, which of course is in
conflict with what we want to do here. I wonder if they shouldn't fall back to
sourcing elf.sc for -r and -Ur.
hppa-elf uses a very simplistic script, also for .xr and .xu. Again I wonder
whether falling back to elf.sc wouldn't be better.
For all of these I'm going to xfail the problematic tests for now. Opinions?
visium fails to use misc-sections.sc, which I think is best to address in a
small prereq patch.
