Currently, gas warns and skips generating SFrame FDE when it sees:
.cfi_escape 0x2e,XX
The warning:
no SFrame FDE emitted; .cfi_escape with op (0x2e)
For C++ programs, this warning can show up at an inopportune time (config
test). gas must handle these warnings better. gas must filter out the cases
where if safe to skip:
- do not warn
- generate SFrame FDE as usual
