All of the mentioned insns simply (intentionally) allow any memory operand size
(including none at all). Question is what "Compiled Code" here means. Possibly
objdump output? If so, I've long been meaning to drop pointless "<...> PTR"
output there. That's quite a bit of effort, though, hence so far I didn't find
(enough) time to get started with this. Perhaps a sensible first step might be
to drop the meaningless "BYTE PTR" from these insns.
